Indigenous Construction Resource Group (ICRG) was established in 2010 to create employment opportunities for regional Aboriginal communities.
ICRG provides civil mining services and earthworks expertise to mining companies and governments. What makes us different is our workforce is largely Aboriginal. We have expanded our business capabilities to include logistics, fixed plant maintenance, trenching, piping and drilling.
Our business model is focused on partnering with Traditional Owners to improve Indigenous employment and business opportunities on country.
Our mission and values
ICRG is committed to expanding its services within the mining, oil & gas and petrochemical resource industries to provide meaningful and sustainable Indigenous employment and Traditional Owner participation.
The ICRG management team has both the technical and practical expertise required to support these projects, utilising the most experienced personnel available.
ICRG is committed to continually reviewing strategies for the development and growth of its resource industry clients and Traditional Owners.
Success comes with dedication, commitment and hard work; this is driven by the senior management team and is actively promoted and encouraged at every level of our business from the head office, to our employees at the coal-face as well as sub-contractors who all share the same vision for the success and continual development of ICRG.
