Wittenoom Road Project

ICRG was asked by Fortescue to design and plan upgrade works on the Nanutarra – Munjina Road which will be used by Fortescue to access its Solomon mine. The scope of works was to reconstruct the existing road to an acceptable grade and width. The new road was constructed to assist Fortescue in being able to move heavy specialised mining equipment to site, through the asbestos town of Wittenoom. This project was completed on time and budget in February 2012.
